Introduction to life insurance

Life insurance has just recently become a very rapidly and booming business as it has wide appeal to many middle class families which comprise most of the world population, so what is life insurance? Life insurance is basically in it’s most simplistic form where you pay a monthly fee and if you die then your family is awarded a certain amount of money so they can support themselves and keep the current life style you had while you were still alive.

An example is Bob pays x amount of dollars for life insurance each month, the price of the monthly fee can vary depending on a few factors and one of which is the amount of money that you want your family to get, obviously the more you want to leave behind, the more you are going to pay each month, another factor that effects your monthly bill is your health. If you are a constant chain smoker that have diabetes and heart disease, then you are going to have a life insurance bill that is out the roof because the company views you as a high risk but if you are a world class runner who has never had any medical problems you are going to pay a lot less for your life insurance policy each month, so as bob pays his x dollars a month he is guaranteed x amount of coverage this coverage can be for various amounts of time and all depends on that kind of life insurance policy that you pick.

Although life insurance is not a necessity for many people but it is highly demanded because everyone has always wanted to make sure that they leave something behind for their relatives and loved ones, although many people have life insurance it is mainly the middle class who have it because the rich usually have enough money where they do not need to have a life insurance policy and the poor just can not justify spending the money.
